Rosaires Care in Colorado seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Surgical Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to provide complex post-operative and step-down nursing care. Provide complex post-operative and step-down nursing care for surgical patients in a progressive care setting. Perform continuous assessment and deliver evidence-based interventions, including cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring. Collaborate with surgeons, hospitalists, and a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure safe transitions.
