Job summary

The Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This role provides complex, evidence-based nursing care in a high-acuity, step-down setting with continuous monitoring and telemetry.

You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, implement timely interventions, and coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. Ideal candidates will have RN licensure, strong clinical assessment and critical thinking
