Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center in Miami, FL is hiring a Per Diem RN Weekend Supervisor for night shifts (Thu–Sun, 7p–7:30a). You will supervise weekend nursing staff, assess patient needs, coordinate care with therapists and physicians, and maintain accurate records to ensure high-quality care.

The position offers a per diem schedule, professional growth, and a collaborative team environment. Current RN license and ability to pass Level 2 background screening are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and any required certifications.
• At least 2 years of experience as an RN Supervisor in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Ability to pass Level 2 background screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervising Per Diem nursing staff to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Assessing patients' needs and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Coordinating patient care with therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Supporting identify-specific services and providing exceptional patient care.
• Participating in patient education and counseling as needed.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions.

About the Role:

As a Per Diem RN Weekend Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from short-term rehabilitation to long-term care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising Per Diem nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care

• Assessing patients' needs and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Current RN license and pending certifications, as required
