Job summary

Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center in Florida is seeking a Per Diem RN Weekend Supervisor to lead our weekend team on nights, Thursday through Sunday, 7:00 pm to 7:30 am. You will supervise Per Diem nursing staff, assess patient needs, and coordinate care with therapists, physicians, and the broader clinical team.

The role emphasizes maintaining accurate records, regulatory compliance, patient education, and seamless care transitions across departments.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and any required certifications
• 2 years of RN Supervisor experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility

Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Current RN license and pending certifications, as required
