Job summary

Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Per Diem RN Weekend Supervisor for weekend night shifts (Thursday to Sunday, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM). The role focuses on supervising Per Diem nursing staff, coordinating patient care with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Florida background screening is required. Qualifications include an active RN license and at least two years of RN Supervisor experience in a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Supervising Per Diem nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care

• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Current RN license and pending certifications, as required
