Job summary

Wellpath is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing unit operations, coordinate patient care, and ensure documentation complies with licensure and facility policies. The role emphasizes team leadership, staff development, and continuous quality improvement in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You will supervise registered nurses and licensed staff, review care plans and medical records, set goals, plan and implement care, educate patients, and collaborate with the DON to maintain

How you make a difference

The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of the health care delivery system within their assigned nursing unit. They collect health status data, diagnose patients, set goals, plan and implement care, and evaluate patient progress. The Nurse Supervisor also provides patient education and ensures that ancillary personnel are qualified to perform the services they provide.
