The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of the health‑care delivery system within the assigned nursing unit. Responsibilities include collecting health status data, diagnosing patients, setting goals, planning and implementing care, and evaluating patient progress. The supervisor also provides patient education and ensures that ancillary personnel are qualified to perform the services they provide.
Education: Successful graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
Experience: Prefer a minimum of one‑year clinical experience.
