Job summary

Pine Acres Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center is hiring an RN Supervisor to lead the clinical team in a long-term care setting. You will oversee patient care plans, coordinate nurse leadership, and support physicians during examinations and procedures.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, care coordination, and administrative duties to ensure high-quality resident care. A current RN license with CPR/BLS is required, with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Nursing and Management experience in a long term care environment.
• Must be an RN, RN graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN is preferred but not required.
• Must have current RN License and current CPR or BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Directing, initiating and implementing resident/patient Plan of Care.
• Performing resident/patient assessments.
• Assisting Physicians during examinations and procedures.
• Preparing equipment, applying/changing dressings, and monitoring patients.
• Checking residents/patients' vital signs and symptoms, maintaining records.
• Overseeing clinical operations, the RN Supervisor also handles various administrative tasks.
• Administering prescribed medications and injections.
• Acting as a leader in providing guidance to LPNs and CNAs.
• Assisting in the admissions and discharge process.
• The RN Supervisor role encompasses not only clinical responsibilities but also administrative duties.
