Genesis HealthCare in the United States is seeking an RN Supervisor to support the Director of Nursing in delivering efficient and high-quality nursing care. The role focuses on leading clinical operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring standards of care across shifts.

The position emphasizes staffing, compliance, and collaborative delivery of care to residents, with a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and outreach to families and staff.

Formación

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing

Responsabilidades

• Lead, guide and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shift including ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, practice standards and regulations.
• Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes, mentoring staff, along with coordination and communication with other departments.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff to provide safe, 24/7 nursing care with an emphasis on limiting use of overtime and agency personnel.
• Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation and make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university; BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing

Posted Salary Range

USD $40.00 - USD $46.00 /Hr.
