Sena Kean Nursing and Rehab in Smethport, PA is seeking an RN Supervisor to mentor staff, oversee direct care, and ensure high-quality resident care. Shifts run from 6 AM to 6 PM.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and support direct care staff to ensure high-quality resident care
• Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Unit Managers with staffing and other delegated tasks
• Provide direct patient care when needed
• Manage the medication cart in appropriate situations
