Qualifications

• Active RN license or Graduate Nurse Permit in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 1 year of long-term care or rehabilitative facility experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support direct care staff to ensure high-quality resident care
• Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Unit Managers with staffing and other delegated tasks
• Provide direct patient care when needed
• Manage the medication cart in appropriate situations
