Job summary

Amaryllis Nursing and Rehab Center is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) for the night shift to oversee the nursing team and ensure high-quality patient care.

Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) - Night Shift

We're seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Supervisor Long Term Care to oversee the day-to-day operations of our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional patient care
• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and patient care
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to nursing staff

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of PA
