Amaryllis Nursing and Rehab Center is seeking a compassionate RN Supervisor for night shift to oversee the daily operations of our nursing team and ensure exceptional patient care in a demanding long-term care setting.

You will lead, mentor, and evaluate licensed nurses, develop and implement clinical policies to meet regulatory requirements, collaborate with pharmacy, rehab, and IT teams to maintain seamless care, monitor patient outcomes, participate in QI initiatives, and manage budgets for

Qualifications

• Current RN license in PA.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
