Genesis Administrative Services LLC is seeking an RN Supervisor to support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality care at the Huntingdon Valley facility. Shifts include 3:00pm–11:30pm or 11:00pm–7:30am, with competitive compensation.

You will lead clinical operations, mentor staff, ensure policy compliance, coordinate with other departments, and participate in recruitment and onboarding to maintain safe 24/7 nursing coverage and controlled overtime.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

***3pm to 11:30pm OR 11pm - 7:30am***

• The RN Supervisor supports the Director of Nursing with the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, and patient/family and employee satisfaction.
• *Lead, guide and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shift including ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, practice standards and regulations.
• *Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes, mentoring staff, along with coordination and communication with other departments.
• *Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff to provide safe, 24/7 nursing care with an emphasis on limiting use of overtime and agency personnel.
• *Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation and make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.

Qualifications

• *Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university; BSN preferred.
• *Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing
