Genesis Administrative Services LLC is seeking an RN Supervisor to support the Director of Nursing in delivering efficient and safe nursing care while achieving positive patient satisfaction.

The role involves leading clinical operations on the assigned shift, mentoring staff, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring adequate staffing while minimizing overtime and agency usage. Requires RN licensure; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure (State Board of Nursing).

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shift, ensuring compliance with policies, practice standards and regulations.
• Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes, mentoring staff, and coordinating with other departments.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff for safe, 24/7 care while minimizing overtime and agency personnel.
• Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation and recommend promotions/transfers/terminations.

• Lead, guide and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shift including ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, practice standards and regulations.
• Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes, mentoring staff, along with coordination and communication with other departments.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff to provide safe, 24/7 nursing care with an emphasis on limiting use of overtime and agency personnel.
• Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation and make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university; BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing

Posted Salary Range

USD $40.00 - USD $41.00 /Hr.
