Creekside Post Acute in Hopewell, VA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse supervisor to lead nursing staff on assigned units and ensure care plans are implemented.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper documentation of incidents and clinical updates.

• 11pm-7am FT Monday-Friday, PT EOW
