Regency Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) who values caregiving and teamwork. The role involves daily oversight of resident care, medication administration, and coordinating CNAs and LPNs to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed as an RN in Delaware or have a COMPACT license.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with residents and maintain compassion.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and provide daily oversight of resident care per facility and state standards.
• Administer medications and treatments to residents as ordered.
• Communicate resident data to the appropriate party.
• Supervise and coordinate CNAs and LPNs in delivering direct care.
• Receive physician orders, transcribe, and document in electronic health records.
• Educate residents and families on conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Maintain continuity by documenting actions and ongoing needs.
• Ensure nursing supplies and equipment are maintained.
• Be flexible, caring, and a supportive team member.

• Full-time: Monday - Friday shifts open: 3 pm -11 pm & 11 pm - 7 am
• Weekend all shifts open - $50/hour for this shift ONLY

As aRegistered Nurse (RN), the expectations would be:

• Monitor and provide daily oversight of resident care in accordance with facility and state standards.
• Administers medication and/or treatment to residents

• Promote continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Ensure nursing supply and equipment maintenance needs are met.

Registered Nurse (RN)Qualifications:
