Job summary

Outcome HC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee patient care and lead the nursing team at our facility. The ideal candidate is an RN with strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities and can handle stressful situations.

Responsibilities include scheduling shifts, assigning nurses to patients, ensuring standards, training new staff, and reporting on productivity and quality metrics. Management/admin training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as an RN in a supervisory role.
• Solid knowledge of hospital procedures and policies.
• Ability to manage nursing staff and handle stressful situations.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse.

Weekends 7- a.m. to 3 p.m., 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Further training in management or administration would be a bonus. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure smooth nursing operation at our facility through day-to-day management and long term planning.
