Emerald Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead the DAY SHIFT team at our Elizabethtown facility in PA. The role focuses on supervising nursing staff, overseeing clinical operations, and ensuring high-quality resident care.

The ideal candidate holds a PA RN license, with supervisory experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. We offer a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and a stable schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania RN license in good standing.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.
• Oversee clinical operations during your assigned shift.
• Conduct rounds to monitor resident care and address concerns.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
• Provide coaching and guidance to nursing staff.

RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care
• Oversee clinical operations during your assigned shift
• Conduct rounds to monitor resident care and address any concerns
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to nursing staff

Registered Nurse Supervisor Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania RN license in good standing
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for long-term care
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
