Advocate Health's Charlotte OB/GYN is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead ambulatory staff in a busy obstetrics/gynecology clinic across multiple locations in Charlotte, NC. This role emphasizes leadership, clinical expertise, and staff/patient support.

You will supervise daily operations, improve clinic workflow, and uphold Joint Commission standards in a high-volume setting, partnering with a dedicated care team.

Qualifications

• Nursing program completion from an accredited school.
• RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification (AHA).
• 2 years leadership and OB/GYN experience preferred.
• BSN required; if RN lacks BSN, must enroll in BSN within 1 year.
• Previous leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday 8a-5p.
• Provide daily on-site leadership and support to clinical staff.
• Step in to assist with patient care, clinic flow, or operational needs.
• Foster an open-door environment that encourages communication, collaboration, and trust.
• Ensure high-quality clinical practice standards; Joint Commission experience preferred.

We are seeking ahighly skilled, Clinical Supervisorwho brings exceptional clinical expertise, strong leadership, and a genuine commitment to supporting both staff and patients. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced ambulatory clinic environment and believes in leading by example.

We’re Looking For

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• 2 years of prior leadership and OB/GYN experience preferred.
• BSN required. RN candidates for external hire or internal promotion without BSN must be enrolled in a BSN program within 1 year of Hire/Transfer date and must complete program within 3 years of enrollment in the program.
