Job summary

Cadence seeks a leader to manage a remote team of RNs and LPNs focused on reviewing and resolving real-time patient alerts across remote monitoring workflows.

The candidate will monitor queue performance, alert resolution times, throughput, and staffing coverage to ensure operational targets and clinical service levels are consistently met, with a focus on high quality care and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license required.
• Minimum 5 years as a practicing RN in triage, acute care, ICU, urgent care, remote patient monitoring, or chronic disease management.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in high-volume, queue-based environments.

Compensation:

• The anticipated salary range for this role is $80,000-$100,000 annually, based on role scope, level, and location. This role is remote and based in the United States.
