Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (Medical) in Lake City, FL. The role reports to the Director of Nursing and supervises nursing and support staff to deliver patient care across a wide range of physical and behavioral health needs.

The position requires a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with RN licensure (or ability to obtain), PPD documentation, CPR certification, and supervisory/corrections experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or associate's degree with a minimum of two (2) years of RN experience.
• RN license or ability to obtain one.
• Must show/obtain PPD documentation for tuberculosis screening.
• CPR certification is required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Corrections experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing and support staff under the Director of Nursing.
• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with diverse physical and behavioral health needs.
• Coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
• Lead shift activities and ensure regulatory compliance during daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must show/obtain current Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) documentation for tuberculosis screening
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Supervisory experience preferred
