To join this team please have the following requirements:
An active license to practice as an RN in this state of NJ - required
Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home or other healthcare setting -preferred
Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to harmoniously communicate with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public.
Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers.
