Accela Rehab and Care Center at Somerton is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor in Philadelphia, PA. You will lead a nursing team to deliver high-quality care, coordinate admissions and transitions, and address clinical issues in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, clear communication, and adherence to all regulatory requirements, while supporting patients and families through care journeys in a long-term care

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in long-term care or sub-acute settings preferred.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities
