*Position Summary*

As a *Nursing Supervisor* at The Osborn, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. This position is vital to maintaining our commitment to clinical excellence, supporting nursing staff, and fostering a compassionate environment that promotes the well-being of those we serve.

*Current Openings*

We are currently hiring for the following shifts:
* *Full-Time Nights*: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM
* *Part-Time Nights*: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM
* *Per Diem*: All shifts available, as needed
* *Full Time Salary *95k-112k
* *Hourly Rate* $41.00-$53.00

*Key Responsibilities*
* Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities to ensure optimal patient care during overnight hours.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to residents' unique needs.
* Monitor patient health, evaluate care effectiveness, and adjust care plans as needed.
* Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to nursing staff on best practices and clinical protocols.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic and resident-centered care.
* Ensure compliance with New York State healthcare regulations and The Osborn’s policies and procedures.

*Qualifications*
* *Registered Nurse (RN)* license in New York State (required); *BSN preferred*.
* Proven experience in *geriatrics* or *long-term care* settings.
* Demonstrated *leadership abilities* with a collaborative and supportive management style.
* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and team members.
* Knowledge of *dementia care practices* is highly desirable.
