Job summary

You will supervise nurses and CNAs, coordinate health plans, and ensure compliant documentation while advocating for residents’ rights and least restrictive care. The role requires an active RN license, 3+ years supervisory experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee health services per individuals’ plans to ensure optimal health.

• Serve as liaison between hospitals and medical professionals.
