Job summary

Health Marketing is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Surgical Trauma Intensive Care Unit (STICU). You will deliver patient-centered care, monitor patient status, and collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve optimal outcomes. The role requires an RN license and a BSN or ADN, plus BLS/ACLS within 30 days of hire.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of nursing experience and will participate in quality improvement and holistic care planning to support recovery and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license and nursing degree (BSN or ADN).
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in ICU/trauma.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical procedures and monitor patient status in STICU.
• Document care and educate patients and families about conditions and care.
• Coordinate holistic treatment plans and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Advocate for patients and contribute to exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications and Skills

Holds a valid RN license with a Bachelor's or Associate Degree, with at least one year of experience. Certifications in Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support are required within 30 days of hire.
