Job description

Position:

Inpatient RN responsible for assessing, planning, performing, and evaluating nursing care to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and coordinate care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, participate in unit-based decision-making, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:
