Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide patient care using the nursing process and ensure high standards of care within the team.

You will coordinate with departments, protect patient rights, and uphold the organization’s mission and values while delivering compassionate care on-site in Fort Smith, AR. The role requires an actively licensed RN and relevant certifications, with opportunities for tuition support and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN licensure in the state or applicable compact license.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification or ability to obtain within probation.
• ACLS and BLS certifications, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
