Position: Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care during hospital stays.

Key Duties: Perform comprehensive assessments, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, administer medications, monitor patient progress, and provide education and discharge planning. Collaborate with healthcare team, document care accurately, and respond to changes in patient condition.
