INTEGRIS Health in Spencer, OK is seeking a Registered Nurse for day shift and PRN coverage at INTEGRIS Mental Health. The RN will be responsible for assessment, plan of care development, and delivering patient care interventions.

The role involves supervising staff and mentoring students while ensuring high-quality care. Qualifications include 2 years RN experience, Oklahoma RN license or eNLC, BLS certification, and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/re-assessments
• Development of the plan of care
• Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned
• Provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate

The Staff Registered Nurse reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president.

Required Qualifications

• EXPERIENCE:
• 2 years RN experience
• LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:
• RN (Registered Nurse) Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
• Other certifications and competencies required based on service line skill

Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written).

Hospice and INTEGRIS Mental Health :This job requires the incumbents to operate a INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non INTEGRIS-owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Drivers License as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier.
