Job summary

INTEGRIS Health is hiring a Staff Registered Nurse for the Spencer, OK area in our Mental Health unit. This day shift, full-time role focuses on pediatric psychiatry nursing with responsibilities for care delivery, documentation, and collaboration with the care team.

Responsibilities include assessments, planning, interventions, evaluation, and supervision of other staff. Licensure as an RN in Oklahoma or a nursing compact state is required, with BLS (or CPR for Hospice) and other line-specific

Qualifications

• RN licensure in OK or multistate via eNLC.
• BLS issued by ARC or AHA within 30 days of hire.
• CPR certification required for Hospice (as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Assessments and reassessments of patient condition.
• Develop and update the plan of care.
• Implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Evaluate effectiveness of care and adjust as needed.
• Supervise licensed and non-licensed staff as assigned.
• Mentor and guide non-licensed personnel and students.

Responsibilities

The Staff Registered Nurse's management of the delivery and documentation of patient care includes, but is not limited to:

• Assessment/re-assessments
• Development of the plan of care
• Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned
• Provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate

The Staff Registered Nurse reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:

• RN (Registered Nurse) Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire - Hospice Only: Current CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association required in lieu of BLS
• Other certifications and competencies required based on service line skill
