INTEGRIS Health is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse for the Adult Unit at INTEGRIS Mental Health in Spencer, OK to cover night shift on a PRN basis. The RN will manage the delivery and documentation of patient care, including assessments, care planning, and implementation, while supervising licensed and non-licensed staff and mentoring students.

Applicants must have 2 years RN experience, Oklahoma RN license or eNLC, BLS, English fluency, and a valid Oklahoma driver’s license to operate

Responsibilities

The Staff Registered Nurse's management of the delivery and documentation of patient care includes, but is not limited to:

• Assessment/re-assessments
• Development of the plan of care
• Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned
• Provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate

The Staff Registered Nurse reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• EXPERIENCE:
• 2 years RN experience
• LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:
• RN (Registered Nurse) Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
• Other certifications and competencies required based on service line skill

Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written).

Hospice and INTEGRIS Mental Health :This job requires the incumbents to operate a INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non INTEGRIS-owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Drivers License as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier.
