Job summary

LifeBridge Health in Westminster, MD is seeking a neonatal intensive care nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for NICU patients. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes across neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients.

Required: 2+ years NICU level 4 experience, Nursing degree, Maryland RN license or eligibility, BLS, and NRP (NRP within 6 months of hire).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of level 4 NICU experience required.
• Nursing Degree required.
• Registered Nurse License - Current Maryland license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license.
• Basic Life Support required.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program required.
• NRP is required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and delegate patient care to a specified group of staff.

Job description

Summary:
Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and if necessary, delegating patient care to a specified group of staff. Collaborates with physicians, medical professionals and other staff to ensure the quality of care given.
Provides care for the neonate, adolescent and adult patient. Utilizes knowledge of the principles of growth and development appropriate to the patient's age to ensure that care provided meets the unique, physical and psychosocial needs of the patient.
