Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care Group is seeking a part-time RN or LPN for NOC shifts (6 PM–6 AM) in Independence, MO. The role supports a 19‑person unit, delivering bedside care, IV therapy, wound care, assessments, admissions, and discharges under nursing management.

You will supervise CNAs, collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, and participate in quality improvement. Missouri license, CPR, and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Missouri.
• Clinical assessment skills at appropriate level.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, laws, regulations, and guidelines in long‑term care.

The role supports a 19‑person nursing unit, working under nursing management, collaborating with 2 CNAs, and delivering bedside care including IVs, wound care, assessments, discharges, admissions, and medication administration.
