Front Porch is seeking a Registered Nurse for Spring Lake Village in Santa Rosa, CA. This full-time, hourly role involves coordinating CNAs and LVN staff, overseeing patient assessments and care plans, and ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations and company policy.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse - California license.

• Coordinate and supervise CNAs and LVN Charge Nurse(s) to meet resident needs.
• Review referrals in the absence of admissions or the Director of Nursing.
• Coordinate and perform patient assessments and care plans.
