Front Porch in Santa Rosa, CA is hiring a Registered Nurse for a full-time, hourly role with benefits. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, you will supervise CNAs and LVN staff, coordinate care, and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policy.

The ideal candidate holds a California RN license, a bachelor’s degree, and has the ability to conduct assessments, plan of care, and coordinate treatments with the medical team.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in California.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the care of residents as directed by the Director of Nursing.
• Review referrals in the absence of admissions or nursing leadership.
• Perform patient assessments and plan of care evaluations.
• Assist LVN and CNA staff as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care and physician orders.
• Maintain required documentation per federal/state policy and company policy.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness and adherence to health codes and guidelines.
