Job summary

Wellspring Health Care Center in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Skilled Nursing team on FT Day shifts (7am–7pm). The RN will supervise medication administration, participate in admissions, and help develop and update resident care plans.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Ohio with CPR certification.
• Bachelor’s degree not required; an Associate’s in Nursing accepted.
• 1+ year of experience in skilled, sub-acute, or memory care settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise medication administration per regulations and guidelines.
• Assist with admissions, assessments and documentation.
• Develop and monitor acute and long-term care plans.
• Track clinical indicators and document wounds/infections as needed.
• Handle discharges and related assessments/documentation.
• Provide health consultations and coordinate with physicians and families.
• Respond promptly to emergencies; maintain confidentiality.
• Educate residents and staff on health topics.
• Collaborate with departments and participate in safety/disaster planning.
