As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in our nursing department, assisting with the daily management of residents' nursing needs and overseeing direct care staff. As a Registered Nurse at Stillwater Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Community, you will:
Provide direct care to residents, including assessing their needs, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating their progress
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support
Participate in the development and implementation of resident-centered care plans
Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families
Promote a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion throughout the community
Manage the daily nursing needs of residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and providing wound care
Supervise and support direct care staff, providing guidance and coaching as needed
Conduct assessments and evaluations of residents, and develop and implement care plans accordingly
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
Valid RN license in RI
CPR Certified
1 year of experience in healthcare, preferably long-term care (Preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
