Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved certification/program and RN licensure to practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing as ordered on the plan of treatment and nursing care plan.
• Document care in clinical notes and nursing care plan.
• Perform treatments and medication administration as per plan.
• Observe aseptic technique as required.
• Collaborate with patient, physician, and health care team.
• Identify issues of concern and exercise critical thinking.
• Report new problems to supervisor and obtain necessary orders.
• Complete all required documentation timely per agency policy.
