Country Village Center is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time, part-time, and per diem positions. Shifts include 6:30am-3:00pm and 2:30pm-11:00pm.

A posted salary range of USD 40.00 - 63.50 per hour is offered with a generous sign-on bonus of USD 8,000 for full-time staff. We provide comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a collaborative and supportive long-term care environment.

Qualifications

• RN license active and in good standing
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
• Clear communication in English for documentation and patient care
• Must meet health screening requirements including TST verification

Responsabilités

• Deliver holistic nursing care, assessments, and care plans
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor and evaluate patient outcomes
• Supervise and delegate to LPNs and CNAs
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for care planning
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in PCC EHR
