Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and skilled procedures.
• Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides during the shift.
• Document accurately and timely per policy and procedures.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges per procedures.
• Participate in QA activities and regulatory surveys as needed.
