Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates total nursing care for assigned patients.
• Supervises and delegates to non-professional personnel to ensure quality patient care.
• Educates patients and families and coordinates discharge planning.
• Documents per RHS standards and regulatory requirements.
