Job summary

MetroWest Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct clinical patient care on a per-shift basis. The RN will supervise staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure high-quality, safe nursing practices.

The role requires graduation from a state-approved nursing program, current licensure, and CPR certification. A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nursing is preferred. This position may offer a sign-on bonus based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a state approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
• Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as required by state law.
• CPR certification is required.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical patient care per shift.
• Supervise staff to whom care is delegated.
• Coordinate and plan patient care within the medical regimen.
• Follow hospital safety, risk management, and infection control standards.
