• Implement and modify nursing interventions based on evaluation.
• Communicate with the healthcare team for coordination and safety.
• Delegate tasks to assigned personnel and validate completion.
• Document nursing care and ensure adherence to unit standards.
• Administer medications using the 5 Rights and monitor patient status.
