HCA Healthcare's St. David's Emergency Center - Arboretum in Austin seeks a Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and the care team.

The RN will assess pain, perform procedures, document care, educate patients and families, and advocate for patients, with required certifications and a focus on outcomes and patient experience.

Formación

• Current Texas RN license is required or able to obtain licensure promptly.
• Associate degree in nursing or higher from an approved program.
• Certification requirements are specified and must be met within stated timeframes.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient pain and promote effective pain management with timely reassessment.
• Perform procedures and document care accurately in the medical record.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and anticipate care requirements.
• Educate patients and families about condition, plan, medications and follow-up.
• Advocate for patients and collaborate with the care team to improve outcomes.
