Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Per Diem opportunity serving Baltimore, Carroll & Harford County, Maryland. The role provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes, enabling them to remain at home with quality support.

Candidates must have HH/Oasis experience and be available Monday through Friday between 8:30am and 5:00pm. 2–3 days per week per diem schedule.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in Maryland in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program as evidenced by transcript or diploma.
• Minimum of one year of adult/geriatric clinical experience within the past two years in acute care, emergency, home health, hospice, ICU, med-surg, sub-acute or rehab settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform head-to-toe assessments and identify subtle changes in patient condition.
• Provide care across acute and post-acute settings (CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care).
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations in the home independently.
• Conduct medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation.

Make an Impact as a Registered Nurse at BAYADA Home Health Care

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Registered Nurse for a Per Diem opportunity throughout Baltimore, Carroll & Harford County, Maryland.

This per diem position is to service seniors under their home health benefit but within a community setting - it's home health without the typical home health commute!

Must be available Monday thru Friday between 8:30am-5:00pm (Per Diem requires working 2 to 3 days per week).

Per Diem requires current HH/Oasis experience.

As a home care Registered Nurse, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Maryland
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• At least one year of current or recent hands‑on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub‑acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).

• Competitive pay ranges with a weekly pay schedule

• Base Pay, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiations
• $52.00-$56.00 per point
