BAYADA Home Health Care in Maryland is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, in-home visits across Baltimore. You will deliver 1:1 patient care with flexible schedules and support from a dedicated clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Perform head-to-toe assessments and identify changes in patient condition.
• Provide acute and post-acute home health care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care).
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations in the home setting.
• Reconcile medications, provide teaching, and monitor safety.
• Conduct comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation.

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse, RN, for a full time opportunity performing home health visits for our home visits office . This office services adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis in territories throughout the Maryland area in Baltimore City.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting
• Perform medication reconciliation , teaching, and safety monitoring
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Maryland
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).

Competitive pay ranges with a weekly pay schedule

Pay: Weekly

Base Pay, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiations

$55.00-$65.00 per point
