BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time home visits in Maryland, serving Baltimore County including Pikesville, Towson and Mount Washington. Flexible scheduling and 1:1 patient care support a healthy work-life balance.

BAYADA emphasizes growth and employee development. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, wound care, IV therapy, and medication reconciliation, with strong clinical decision making in varied home environments.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland nursing license in good standing.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with diploma or transcript.
• At least 1 year of hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric population in acute care, ER, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute or rehab.

Responsibilities

• Perform head-to-toe assessments and identify subtle changes in patient condition.
• Provide care for adult and geriatric patients in home health settings.
• Triage and independently manage urgent clinical situations at home.
• Conduct medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting
• Perform medication reconciliation , teaching, and safety monitoring
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Maryland
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• At least one year of current or recent hands‑on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub‑acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).

Compensation & Schedule:

• Competitive pay ranges with a weekly pay schedule
• Flexible scheduling
• Pay: Weekly
• Base Pay, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiations
• $55.00-$65.00 per point
