BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a full-time opportunity throughout Anne Arundel County, Maryland.

This full-time position services seniors under their home health benefit within 1-2 communities, offering home health care without the typical commute!

Must be available Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm.

One year of prior clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse is required. As a home care RN, you will be an essential part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing, helping clients remain at home with medical support. Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Follow care plans tailored to patient needs.
• Conduct home visits within designated areas.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes.
• Follow doctors' orders accurately and document thoroughly.
• Perform assessments and coordinate case management.
• Document care activities using electronic medical records on a touchpad tablet.

Qualifications:

• Current Maryland RN license.
• At least one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Home care experience preferred but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and computer proficiency; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to assigned cases.
